Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds and the importance of maintaining chain of custody and product integrity, Pure Health USA Peptides (Maximum Healthier Solutions LLC) has a limited refund policy.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns and issue refunds only in the following circumstances:

- Products that arrive visibly damaged or compromised

- Incorrect products shipped (wrong compound or dose)

- Products that are demonstrably defective

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic documentation where applicable. Do not return products without prior authorization.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used are not eligible for return. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
