Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipment. To cancel an order, contact [email protected] immediately with your order number and cancellation request.

Cancellation Window

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Cancellation requests received before processing begins will be honored in full. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Subscribe & Save Cancellation

Subscribers enrolled in the Subscribe & Save program may cancel their subscription at any time with no penalty. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the next scheduled shipment to take effect for that cycle. Contact [email protected] to cancel your subscription.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
